Privacy policy

What we collect

When you place an order we collect your name, phone number, delivery address, city and governorate, and optionally your email and order notes. We need these to deliver your order and contact you about it.

We do not create customer accounts and we do not collect card details — orders are paid cash on delivery.

Browsing statistics

To understand which products are popular we record anonymous visits: pages viewed, products viewed, add-to-bag and checkout starts. These are linked to a random code stored in your browser, not to your name or phone number. We do not use advertising trackers.

How we use your information

Only to process, deliver and support your orders, prevent fraud and abuse, and keep sales records. We may contact you by phone or WhatsApp about your order. We do not sell your information.

Who can see it

Only authorised WOLF FIT staff, through a password-protected dashboard, and the delivery company that brings your order. Your order can be looked up publicly only with both its order number and your phone number.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as needed for delivery, returns and legal or accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete your information when it is no longer legally required.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by contacting us through our official WhatsApp or social media pages.
